AldenBlue was founded by Letha Davis and Lisa Sorrells, partners who bring together two complementary views of how businesses really run.

Letha's career spans design, marketing, operations, and software development, giving her a clear view of what teams actually need from their software, and what they have too often been forced to accept instead. Lisa comes from pharmaceutical management, where she worked inside highly structured, process-driven organizations and saw firsthand how the right systems let a business scale, and how the wrong ones hold it back.

Together we have worked inside organizations with strong, well-built systems and inside organizations running on fragmented tools, spreadsheets, and manual workarounds. The contrast made one thing clear: when systems and process do not fit how a team really works, they quietly stall progress and limit growth.

We created AldenBlue to close that gap. By combining deep operations and development experience with the latest AI-assisted build tools, we deliver custom software faster and more affordably than the typical agency, without the antiquated, layered processes and offshore handoffs that drive up cost and slow everything down.
