OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
