Most free signature generators ask for your email before they hand anything over, or they brand the signature with their own name. This tool does not. There is no account, no login, and nothing added to your signature. It runs entirely in your browser, which means your name, title, and contact details are never sent to a server or stored anywhere.
How to add your signature to Gmail
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Gmail, open
Settings (the gear icon), then See all settings. - Under
General, scroll to Signature and create or select one. - Click into the signature box and paste. Set it as your default for new emails and replies if you like.
- Scroll down and click
Save Changes.
How to add it to Outlook
- Copy your signature above.
- In new Outlook or Outlook on the web, open
Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply. - Under
Email signature, paste into the box and save. In classic desktop Outlook, the path is File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
How to add it to Apple Mail
- Copy your signature above.
- In Apple Mail, open
Mail, then Settings, then Signatures. - Create a signature, then paste. If the formatting does not hold, uncheck
Always match my default message font and paste again.
About your logo and social links
Email apps do not keep embedded images, so your logo needs to live at a web address. Upload your logo to your website or any image host, then paste its URL into the logo field. For social links, paste the full address to each profile. Any field you leave blank is simply left off, so you only show what you want.
